Suitable for Alpha and Beta containers
Eling-ITS is a new type of RTP tester specifically developed for fully automated integrity testing of Rapid Transfer Ports (Alpha units) installed on isolators or RABS, as well as their corresponding containers (Beta units).
Based on the pressure decay method, it ensures the accuracy of test results.

Using the pressure decay testing method, a built-in air pump applies positive or negative pressure to the RTP Alpha or Beta port. Once the internal pressure reaches the set value, a stabilization phase begins. Following the pressure-holding period, the test commences as the pressure drops to the starting level; if the pressure drop remains within the specified range during the set duration, the test requirements are met and a report is issued. |
