The electrothermal exchanger heats the dry air to 70°C – 158°F

• Pre-filters (G4) and HEPA (H14) filters are equipped with integrity test ports and differential pressure monitoring systems

• A thermal blower with a capacity of 700 m³/h (412 cfm), fitted with an anemometer for wind speed monitoring

• Siemens or Allen Bradley automation systems compliant with FDA CFR 21 Part 11

• Automatic shut-off electric valves used for continuous washing and drying stages

• ASME BPE 4” clamps outlet, equipped with multiple lengths of DN100 hoses and S/S 316L passivated caps, suitable for openings up to DN400 in size.

  • Innovative Solutions

    Cleaning unit pharmaceutical grade, suitable for washing bins, drums and bioreactors (with or without agitators). lt provides reliable, repeatable and verifiable results to meet the requirements of the pharmaceutical industry.

    The hydrokinetic nozzle provides a 360° movement over a defined time period. lt is automatic with a water consumption of < 23l/min. The cleaning time varies between 5 to 10 minutes for full coverage. The water and time reduction for cleaning a bioreactor will be reduced by >90% compared with manual cleaning.
