Aseptic SBV Valve

Principle:

• SIP can be used separately for active units and SIP for passive units.
• The two valve halves are docked together, and the in-line SIP is performed through a 3mm gap between the main valve and the auxiliary valve before the valve is merged.
• The active unit is the driving part of the valve. Once operational, the disc will open, allowing material to be transferred through the sterile valve. Active and passive interfaces are sealed to ensure that no material can penetrate critical areas. Once the transfer is complete, the valve closes.

The contact surface and sealing surface of the split butterfly valve are disinfected and sterilized through the left and right interfaces of the Alpha valve to meet the customer's critical area and process setup requirements.

• Sterilization method: Autoclave or/and SIP (steam-in-place)
• VHP is sterilized
• SIP before material feeding
• It can be used for high-concentration dust control under OEB5 requirements, and the dust particles are collected from the second port and returned to the air filtration in the suction closed-loop system, and the filter in the system adopts the bag-in-bag-out mode to ensure that the whole process is sealed.
